Outstanding patients deserve outstanding dental care!

Patients with dental insurance understand that all dental services are the patient’s financial responsibility. We will submit claims to dental insurance carriers as a courtesy to the patient. Any applicable copays are due on the service date unless written payment arrangements have been made in advance. All estimates provided are estimates only.

Payment Options

Anthony Dental Care accepts cash, checks, and credit cards for your convenience. We also offer flexible financing and payment options, including CareCredit. We accept most PPO insurance plans and are happy to help you maximize your benefits. Anthony Dental Care is in-network with most major PPO insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm that we accept your insurance plan.

Financial Policy

The practice depends upon reimbursement from patients for the cost incurred in their care. Financial responsibility on the part of each patient should be determined before treatment. All payments for services are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Any fee estimate for dental care can only be extended for six months from the date of the patient’s information.

Financial Arrangements

Considering the professional services rendered to a patient by Anthony Dental Care, the patient agrees to pay the charges for the services at the time of treatment. The patient further agrees that the charges for services shall be as billed unless objected to, by the patient, in writing within the time payment is due.

Insurance

We will submit insurance claims to contracted insurance companies, and as a courtesy, we will submit to any out-of-network insurance companies. You are responsible for any fees not covered by insurance. As explained above, any deductible that may apply and your estimated portion are due at the time of service.
