As a Member of the ADC Front Desk Team, Your Role will Entail:

• Elevating the Patient Experience: You’ll have the unique opportunity to be the friendly face that warmly welcomes patients, ensuring their appointments are scheduled seamlessly, promptly addressing inquiries, and coordinating precise treatment plans. • Mastering Insurance Matters: Assist patients with their insurance-related questions and concerns, providing clarity and reassurance. You’ll play a vital role in verifying insurance, handling claims with precision, and facilitating efficient billing processes and collections.
• Clear and Compassionate Communication: Your role extends to effectively communicating treatment plans, providing accurate financial estimates, and offering flexible payment options, all while maintaining a compassionate and empathetic approach that puts patients at ease.
• Upholding Patient Privacy and Safety: Our commitment to maintaining a confidential and secure dental practice environment is unwavering. You’ll adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including those set forth by HIPAA and OSHA, ensuring patient trust and safety are paramount.
• End-of-Day Excellence: You’ll cap off each day by efficiently managing end-of-day procedures, ensuring meticulous organization and preparation for the next day’s success. Your dedication to detail ensures our practice operates seamlessly.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of front desk experience in a dental or medical office
• Knowledge of basic computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Experience with customer service or patient relations
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and a strong team player
• Ability to multi-task and follow-up
• Experience with dental software
• One to two years of experience with dental or medical insurance

• Experience with Open Dental
• Three to five years of dental office experience
• Three to five years of dental or medical insurance experience
